You can configure your scanner to send documents right into RTasks’ Fax/Files inbox by configuring your scanner to send to YOURFAXNUMBER@rtasks.net. You are then able to process this exactly like a typical eFax, but with much better photo quality. Click here to learn more: Receiving Faxes

Reports Highlight

Discharge Report Update

You asked and we delivered! We now have two reports that will be beneficial when a resident is discharged. 

Discharge Care Plan – This is the care plan for a person being discharged or transferred to another facility. This report includes all the assessment information including the discharge assessment, current medications and services, and the medication disposition. 

Discharge/Transfer Summary – This is an old report made new! This report is just a short summary of the discharge transfer and includes the following: residents name, DOB, start of care date, physician discharge summary completed, in-person diagnoses. This report also includes important discharge information – including categories of service initiation, current status, death, discharge/transfer condition, discharge/transfer reason, forwarding address, medication reconciliation, and summary of stay.

Recent Update 

The new red ‘Emergency File‘ button, conveniently located under the resident profile, ensures quick access to critical medical directives and resident information. In urgent situations, click this button to instantly access the most recent POLST/MOLST document that has been uploaded to the ‘Emergency File’ document category.
