One-size-fits-all is not true in the business world, and we work 1:1 with our customers to meet their specific billing needs! Use the RTasks billing tool to capture charges, enter billing notes and manage billing status.
RTasks accommodates several different billing options. Care Levels or packages can be based upon resident assessment. Fee-for-service billing may be manually entered or auto-populated from documented services or HHA visit. Combination billing can include aspects of both – care packages, supplemental packages and fee-for-service charges.
RTasks billing gives you the ability to track multiple payer sources including contractual amounts, and create detailed package summaries that will assist in reporting contract information to payer sources.
RTasks also offers Accounts Receivable as an optional add-on to the billing module. The A/R system gives accounting managers the ability to create deposits and apply them to resident accounts. Track unapplied payments and make adjustments as needed. Easily track revenue from care level changes and rent increases.
