Working With ResiDex

Customer service and support starts early – from the first email or phone call exchange to our low-key, client-centered approach to product demonstration.   Our sales team works closely with our Implementation and Support team members to ensure that the details of the contract translate to a well-coordinated implementation process.

Our support staff have experience in the industry as well as at ResiDex.  We’ll work with you to implement RTasks most effectively.  When we identified that many of our customers struggled to carve time out for scheduled web meetings, we created our own Learning Management System! So training can be done directly in RTasks within your time frame –  supplemented by web-based meetings and email or phone call support.

Resources

All of our clients are supported by a large team of experts, including many nurses, who provide unlimited support during business hours, unlimited emergency support outside of business hours, and multiple types of training (live via webinar, self guided). Our team will work closely with you to make sure you have what you need!
