RTasks accommodates several different billing options.  Care Levels or packages can be based upon resident assessment.  Fee-for-service billing may be manually entered or auto-populated from documented services or HHA visit. Combination billing can include aspects of both – care packages, supplemental packages and fee-for-service charges.

Public Payer Integration

RTasks Public Payer Integration now provides support for public payer claims. We currently support integration with the following clearinghouses: MN-ITS and Waystar. Also, RTasks can create a batch file for any clearinghouse that uses the X12 batch file format, such as Availity. RTasks also supports claims submission to the payer Inclusa or MyChoice through the WPS clearinghouse.
