A Brief History
ResiDex Software(TenX Systems LLC) was founded in 2000 when Dave Berg and his business partner contracted with Presbyterian Homes and Services to custom design software for their assisted living facilities in Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin. They developed the software called ResiDex that provided a way to manage resident data in a more organized and time-efficient manner.
With the help of Assisted Living nurses, administrators and many others, ResiDex has evolved over the past several years to become the innovative and integrated software that it is today.
The spirit and purpose of ResiDex Software is that software should be easy to use and fully supported. We stand by our commitment to our clients that we will continue to develop ResiDex Software and provide customer service that is second to none.
Our mission at ResiDex is to provide powerful user-friendly software for Assisted Living homes, Group Homes, and other organizations that provide care to the elderly or disabled, in an effort to aid them in documentation and data management. Further, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and technical support as we believe our clients deserve our best.
